Ashton McDonald has been practicing massage therapy for over five years in the Jacksonville area. She hasn't met a knot she doesn't love! Ashton enjoys being an integral part of our patients' healing journey, and encourages patients to be in touch with their own body's healing capacity. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, yoga, writing, and being at the beach.
Because each patient is different, so too, is each massage. Time is devoted before each session to assess areas of concern and discuss treatment. Ashton will then tailor the session according to what works best for you.
