Chronic pain is typically defined as pain that lasts anywhere from 3 to 6 months (1). It can be due to a new or older injury, and can occur sporatically for years. Chiropractic care is a great treatment for those suffering with chronic pain for a variety of reasons, but the main being that a chiropractor can accurately asses the source of the pain.

Getting to the Source

Often, pain originates from an area that is NOT the site of discomfort. A chiropractor's job is to accurately assess and diagnosis the cause of pain through a variety of diagnostic tools. We will adinister neurological, orthopedic, and chiropractic exams, as well as manual palpation to determine an individualized treatment plan.
